The Plaza at Station Square is a 136,000 square foot Class A office building developed and owned by Moore & Associates, which also assembled the land that is now home to Discovery Communications’ 600,000-square-foot headquarters and Silver Spring’s Town Center, a vibrant retail and entertainment corridor. Ms. Anderson represented the Tenant in the transaction and the Landlord was represented in-house by Ed Baca-Asher.
